Here is a picture of the 2nd and 3rd place dogs
from the Cochise Bird Dog Club's American Field trial help the First
weekend of December 2004. I was lucky enough to handle one of my
partners (Sam) dogs Pistol to a 2nd place in the Open derby and his
brother Preston (my other partner) handled his dog Jack to a 3rd.

Here the day after the above picture Preston
handled both Jack and Blu to a 1st and 2nd place in the Amateur
derby. It was a very good weekend for our kennel.

4-18-2004 I hosted a NSTRA trial in Snowflake, AZ,
I was lucky enough to take a 3rd with Mattie, which was her first
placement.

Lacey and I took 1st, two days in a row at Parks
on 8-14-and 8-15-2004. That weekend got Lacey her first NSTRA
championship.

My wife (Alysan) with Hank and Cindy Schols at a NSTRA trial in Utah
9-18-2004. You don't see two female handlers running against each
other very often.

Myself and Trainwreck took a 3rd on 9-19-2004, the weather was
raining and snowing when we ran in the second brace.

I handled Trainwreck to a 2nd at Parks on 10-3-2004, My wife was
so proud of her dog.

The kids had allot of fun that day also riding the mules. From left
to right. Colton, Carson, Beca, Mason.

11-14-2004 I handled Trainwreck to a first place while his half
sister Rosie took a second, held here by Ray Taffora owner of
Trainwreck's, and Rosie's sire Snake's Little Rascal.

Last hunt of the season 2004 closed with a Grand Slam. Mearns,
Scaled, and Gambles quail.

While out training at Cordes Junction we came across this guy right
where the dogs were staked out. |
